Machines and Technology Process
1. New Clients: Completed Registration Form is signed then emailed to orders@neuromedsea.com
Existing Clients: Your details in the current Registration Form format will be confirmed ONCE with your next order through orders@neuromedsea.com
You may title the email ‘Machine/Tech Order’ as well as ‘Registration’ if applicable.
*Please note sales are strictly business-to-business only. Providing all relevant and accurate company data in the registration form will streamline our checking procedures and speed up your order processing time.
2. New Clients, SMEs and General Inquiries
Neuromed will arrange a consultation call or meeting to advise in all pertinent dimensions. We will send the Machines & Technology PDF order form and fill in all dimensions, any issues or uncertainties are resolved during the consultation call with the form used as record of your purchase.
Repeat Orders / Regular Institutional Customers
The Machines & Technology PDF order form is completed, signed, and sent. Any missing or incomplete information, as well as any uncertainties, can be resolved by phone or email prior to order confirmation.
3. Order confirmation including payment discussion and confirmation.
4. Upon delivery, training will be provided.
5. Ongoing support services. If onsite support is required this is typically within 48 hours.

Customised Lens Process

2. New Clients & Non-repeat Orders
A call will be arranged where Neuromed will advise or confirm specifications for and cost of your lens order. A Lens Order PDF form will be completed along with payment.

3. New Clients & Non-repeat Orders
Undergo training sessions for lens use. This may take a few hours or up to 2 days, depending on your own pace.
After the sessions, a test will be conducted and a numbered certificate is provided that Neuromed requires in order to complete the order form, along with payment confirmation.
4. Contact Neuromed for any advice, issues, or concerns with the product and related software or practice.
Title your email ‘Help’ with the product name, and furnish your preferred contact details. We will respond within 48 hours.

In the late 90’s, I had a most fortunate opportunity to meet with Mr. John Mountford (The
founder of the BE Orthokeratology lens system) in an Orthokeratology seminar together with Dr A. J. Phillips (co-author of Contact Lenses: A Textbook for Practitioner and Student). It was a most amazing seminar listening to founders of the then new technology in orthokeratology. That weekend had inspired me so much in using Ortho-K lenses to correct myopia ( although low amount of myopia in the region of -2.00D). At that time, software
programme and hardware topographer were in its infancy stage. Calculation was tedious,
lengthy and complicated. They successfully fitted 2 subjects with limited trial lenses and demonstrated the over-night effect of wearing ortho-lenses.

Jumping forward to the present day, leaps and bounds of improvement in software and hardware development have brought immense technological advances. We are talking about correction of high myopia, astigmatism, and even hyperopia and presbyopia. My experience with Neuromed is so rewarding with endless discoveries of new fitting
systems and new design in lenses in coping with the most difficult cases.
